Veterinary Nurse Solutions have a range of course options available, designed to fit into even the busiest vet nurse’s schedule.

All our course tutors are experts in their field, and are available to be contacted 24/7 by course participants via the online forum. Our tutors range from highly experienced and qualified veterinary nurses, veterinary technicians, veterinarians and registered specialists. Some of these tutors are also available in the main open forum to answer any questions you may have on any veterinary subject.

Every course goes through a rigorous approval process before being released. This includes peer review, veterinarian review and submission for accreditation (AVA, VNCA etc) where necessary. This ensures that our courses are not only relevant, but accurate, up to date and hold some weight on your CV.

Our courses are designed to provide today’s busy nurses with a fully interactive learning experience, including comprehensive learning materials and assessments, discussion forums, and other supportive documentation. Participants are also provided with useful resources - such as forms - that can be edited and implemented straight away in practice. These courses are designed to not only provide knowledge and skills to veterinary nurses, but enable them to take the fresh knowledge back into practice and utilise their new skills and knowledge straight away.

Course Formats

Online Module Courses

Our Online Module Courses are delivered over a series of weeks, and course participants work their way through the course material at their own convenience. Participants are supplied with:

• Printed course notes, delivered to their door, providing a reference during and after the course.
• Electronic PDF version of the notes for easy searching, and archiving.
• Access to the online course area to view presentations, videos, and further course materials. Access to an interactive course message board, enabling you to discuss the course with other participants and the tutors. The message board is a place where you can post questions about course material, cases you have seen, and questions about assignments.
• Some courses will involve a live presentation and discussion forum, allowing a greater level of interactivity between participants and tutors.
• Assignments, and online assignment submission
• Online quizzes, including one at the end of each module, and a final graded quiz at the end of the course.
• Formal certificate of course completion mailed out, and available online for download.

Online Short Courses

We have designed some short courses that run all year round. Enrol and complete at your own leisure. Participants receive:

Veterinary Nurse Solutions will occasionally run some attendance seminars in a location near you. These may be either day or evening seminars, with a tutor who is an expert in their field.
