1. General
1.1. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. This Competition is run by Veterinary Nurse Solutions Pty Ltd (ACN 155 687 906) (‘Promoter’).

1.3. The Competition will take place at the VNCA Conference 2025 (‘Conference’) during the Promotional Period.

1.4. The Promotional Period commences at 8:00 AM on 19 March 2025 and ends at 12:00 PM on 21 March 2025.

1.5. This Competition is conducted in accordance with the relevant trade promotion regulations in Victoria, Australia.

2. Eligibility
2.1. The Competition is open to all VNCA Conference delegates.

2.2. The following individuals are ineligible to enter:

• Officers, employees, and immediate family members of the Promoter.
• Employees and contractors of any associated companies or agencies involved in the Competition.
• Retailers or exhibitors at the Conference.

3. How to Enter
3.1. One entry per person is permitted.

3.2. To enter, delegates must:

• Complete the registration form using a QR code on their own device.
• Show the completion screen to an ACVN staff member.
• Spin the prize wheel to reveal their instant prize and gain entry into the daily prize draw.

3.3. The registration form must be submitted, and any prize claimed during the Promotional Period.

4. Prizes
4.1. Instant Win Prizes:
Each entrant will win one of the following upon spinning the prize wheel:

• ACVN Wrist Note & Pen (valued at $10)
• ACVN Crib Cards (valued at $21.95)
• ACVN Nurses Pouch (valued at $27.45)
• ACVN Short Course of their choice (valued at up to $499)
• All-Access Pass to the ACVN Conference (October 2025) (valued at $395)

4.2. Daily Prize Draw:
All entrants are also entered into a daily prize draw to win:

• One ACVN Short Course of their choice AND an All-Access Pass to the 2025 ACVN Conference (valued at up to $801.95)

4.3. Prize Pool Allocation:
Major Daily Prizes: 3 × ACVN Short Course & All-Access Pass (valued at $801.95 per prize).

Instant Win Prizes:

• 20 × ACVN Nurses Pouch ($27.45 each).
• 20 × ACVN Crib Cards ($21.95 each).
• Up to 500 × ACVN Wrist Note & Pen sets ($10 each).
• 10 × ACVN Short Courses or All-Access Passes per day as instant prizes.

4.4. If an allocated instant prize is exhausted, the entrant may select from remaining available instant win prizes.

5. Prize Claim and Winner Notification
5.1. Instant prizes must be collected immediately after spinning the wheel, except for short courses and conference passes, which will be arranged within 7 days of the Conference concluding.

5.2. Daily prize winners will be randomly drawn from registered entrants and contacted by email.

5.3. The winner’s name may be announced at the Conference.

5.4. Major prizes (short courses or conference passes) will be delivered to winners within 7 days if not available at the Conference.

6. Prize Conditions
6.1. Prizes may not match promotional images exactly.

6.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6.3. If a major prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value, subject to regulatory approval.

6.4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who:

• Provides false or misleading information.
• Tampers with the entry process.
• Fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

6.5. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Competition Integrity
7.1. If the Competition is interfered with or cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition, subject to regulatory requirements.

8. Publicity and Privacy
8.1. By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, and/or voice for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8.2. The Promoter collects personal information to administer the Competition and may use entrant details for marketing purposes, unless opted out.

8.3. Personal information may be disclosed to:

• Regulatory authorities where required.
• Marketing agencies that assist with promotional activities of the promoter.

8.4. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal data by contacting the Promoter.

9. Legal & Liability
9.1. By entering, participants release and indemnify the Promoter against any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

9.2. This Competition does not require a permit in Victoria.
