With over 13 years of experience in veterinary nursing across both general practice and emergency settings, Michele brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to the field of small animal care. For 9 years, she also thrived in leadership as a Practice Manager, where she developed strong skills in team management, mentoring, and clinic operations.

As a qualified Trainer and Assessor, Michele has spent the last 5 years at the Australian College of Veterinary Nursing (ACVN), where she shares her extensive experience and passion for veterinary education with the next generation of nurses. Known for her approachable teaching style, and commitment to the profession, Michele is dedicated to helping others grow in confidence and skill.
